Siloy has appointed Arend van Houwelingen as Regional Director for the Benelux region. In this role, he will lead the two organisations operating in the market, Webs and Conversion Crew, and guide Siloy’s continued development across the region.

The appointment reflects Siloy’s ambition to strengthen its presence in the Benelux market and accelerate growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Arend brings extensive leadership experience from the customer engagement and digital transformation space. Throughout his career, he has worked in organisations navigating growth, integration and strategic change.

He has held leadership roles at Everest (now Bleuriq), CRM Partners (now Fellowmind) and most recently Vlirdens (now Werkend2040). Across these organisations, he led teams through periods of expansion and scaled operations from around 50 specialists to more than 200 while strengthening leadership structures and delivery capabilities.

In these roles, Arend has worked at the intersection of technology, strategy and customer engagement, helping organisations evolve from specialist technology providers into strategic partners for their clients.

I’m excited to join Siloy at a moment where the company is bringing together strong companies across Europe. The Benelux region already has a strong foundation through Webs and Conversion Crew. My focus will be to build on that strength, strengthen collaboration across the teams, and continue developing partnerships that create real value for our clients.

Arend will also join Siloy’s Executive Team, working alongside the Regional Directors for DACH, UK Ireland, and the Nordics, as well as the company’s CEO, CFO and VP Strategic Alliances.

Siloy’s CEO Camilla Agardh commented:

“Arend brings strong experience in guiding organisations through growth and integration. Just as importantly, he understands what clients expect from modern partnerships, where technology, strategy and customer relation must work together. That perspective will be valuable as we continue building Siloy across Europe.”

Emiel Kanters, who has served as Regional Director Benelux, will step down from the role.

Before joining Siloy in 2024, Emiel was CEO and co-owner of Webs, where he played a central role in building the organisation into a recognised HubSpot partner in the Netherlands together with Webs-founder Camiel Freriks.

During his time as Regional Director, Emiel guided Siloy’s development in the Benelux market and supported the teams at Webs and Conversion Crew as they became part of the wider Siloy group.
