April 15, 2025 – Siloy, recently recognized as HubSpot’s Global Partner of the Year and EMEA Partner of the Year, today announces the appointment of Markus Birk as Chief
Operating Officer (COO) for the DACH region. The appointment reflects Siloy’s ambition to
strengthen its operational foundation in the DACH region and build toward the next phase of growth with the right leadership in place.
With Markus stepping in as COO, Siloy establishes a clear operational leadership structure for the region. Markus officially joined Siloy DACH on April 1, 2025, and will work alongside
Regional Director Adriano Tagliarina and the leaders of LEVR and Chili Digital, he will shape the Operations and Professional Services teams, ensuring the organisation is ready for the next phase of growth before it is needed, not after. Markus has particular expertise in building and developing teams, scaling operations, and international expansion. At Siloy, he will leverage that experience to build a compassionate professional services team that delivers consistent, measurable outcomes for clients across the region.

Markus Birk brings extensive leadership experience in software, digital transformation, and
professional services to Siloy. Most recently, he served as CEO of NAVAX Consulting GmbH in Vienna, where he led the Microsoft Business Application business within a an international active group with 330 employees across the DACH region. Prior to that , he was a member of the Executive Board of KUMAVISION AG, where he played a key-role in shaping a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner serving the German-speaking mid-market. He has particular expertise in go-to-market strategy, scaling operations, and international expansion.
